Now available at Jordan Brand retailers is the latest colorway of Dwyane Wade’s updated signature silhouette, the Fly Wade 2 EV. A look tailor-made for a potential trip to the 2012 NBA Finals, the kicks feature a Metallic Gold Coin/White-Black colorway with a black and gold upper and hits of white on the Flywire, Jumpman branding, Wade logo and outsole. Joining the Club Purple/White-Black-Spark colorway of the Jordan Fly Wade 2 EV next month is this Metallic Gold Coin/Black-White colorway of the kicks.
Decked out in metallic gold this time around, the kicks see white on the outsole, Flywire, Jumpman logo and tongue branding while black accents appear on the upper, tongue, laces and lining. Jordan Brand is ramping up for the NBA Finals as a new Metallic Gold Coin version of the Jordan Fly Wade 2 EV has just hit the web. For those that don’t know, the NBA does not allow their athletes to wear gold on their shoes until they actually make it to the finals. Considering the way Dwyane Wade has been playing the last few nights, we just may see him rocking these in a couple weeks. Featuring a metallic gold coin over the upper, the model rests on black for the laces, tongue and liner.
A flashy finish transcends playing style on the Jordan Fly Wade 2 EV “Metallic Gold Coin”. Black Flywire provides the base for a gold wrapped upper, set above a clean white outsole. Look for this Dwyane Wade signature to launch this June. Dwyane Wade dropped 41 points to advance to the Conference Finals and now here is a look at the new Jordan Fly Wade 2 EV “Metallic Gold Coin”. Using a Black Flywire base with Metallic Gold upper, White branding and outsole. Although, this isn’t the Gold that D. Wade initially wants but we can expect to see these drop this June ’12.
If the Miami Heat advance to the NBA Finals, it’s fair to assume that we’ll see this golden colorway of the Fly Wade 2 EV on the court. Perhaps the line’s answer to the Nike Basketball Elite Series, this Fly Wade features a metallic gold and black Hyperfuse-constructed upper, supported by Flywire restraints on the side panels. White fills in Wade’s logo on the tongue, Jumpman branding and outsole to complete the look.
A “Miami Nights” colorway of the Fly Wade II EV? Nothing is official on that front, but the newest look for Dwyane Wade’s postseason kicks carries a vibe similar to that of the “Miami Nights” LeBron 9. This pair features a Club Purple and black Hyperfuse upper, helped by white on the Wade tongue logo, Jumpman branding and sole. Giving the shoe a little Miami flavor are hits of Spark Pink on the laces, Flywire panels and Jumpman branding on the outsole. First is this Club Purple/White-Black-Spark colorway. Definitely an unorthodox look for Wade’s playoff update, the kicks see a predominately purple upper with black accents, a white outsole and branding hits and bright pink on the laces and Flywire. Earlier today we showed you what is undoubtedly the best Fly Wade 2 EV (or perhaps Fly Wade period) colorway ever. The Metallic Gold Coin matte finish worked wonders with the seamless appeal of the Fly Wade 2 EV, and the sneaker model itself, which hasn’t garnered the attention as much as, say, a LeBron or KD, received a ton of praise for the selection of color. There’s another Fly Wade 2 EV goodie for June – this Club Purple/Spark colorway that captures that original ‘Raptors’ crest using the two-toned colorway with Black and White hits around the shoe. Certainly a punchier, neon effect achieved with these, but are these better than the Fly Wade 2 ‘Gold Coin’?
